Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples has been an American performer and actor for over 20 years. Her most well-known role was her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She also was the lead character in the feature film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She also has a younger sister, Ally. Aubrey spent ten seasons performing in Orlando Repertory Theatre. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speakers for the class in 2012. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice the second time to accept her role in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a TV star as a character in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 and The Good Mother. She was a part of the cast for the role of a major regular in a second season of the show drama Nashville in which she played Layla Grant. In 2019, Peeples talked about having bipolar disorder in an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples one of the most gifted actors under the age of 20 in September 2014
